02. You need a valid e-mail address to join. I (or other members) might contact you from time to time, and if your mailbox doesn't work, you'll be out. Please notify me if you change your address.

03. You don't need to have a website. But if you do and intend the URL to be displayed on the list, please choose a banner/button from codes and upload it to your site with a link to the fanlisting. Do it as soon as you can — your website won't be added if the code isn't up when I check it.
